Director
Access Partnership, Washington
As head of Access Partnership's Washington, D.C. office, Kathryn Martin represents clients before the U.S. government's executive and regulatory agencies. In this capacity, she works to ensure that U.S. policy conforms to the requirements of Access Partnership's clients, and mobilizes the U.S. government's trade and advocacy apparatus in support of clients' market access goals.

Before joining Iridium, Kathryn spent five years at the U.S. Department of State, where she led delegations of government and industry representatives to international and regional standards setting-meetings and Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation meetings.

Prior to joining the Department of State, Kathryn worked for the Digital Equipment Corporation, where she was responsible for the rapid launch of mid-range computers in the U.S., European, and Asian markets. Kathryn received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University, and a Master of the Arts degree in Telecommunications from George Washington University.
