
Nina directs licensing in support of rollout of aeronautical, maritime, oil and gas, and other networks and services - globally. Nina develops and implements market access strategies, trade advocacy campaigns, and performs network due diligence for commercial, government and military clients in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Latin America. These include global network operators, service providers, governments, government contractors and military establishments, as well as international organizations.
Nina joined Access Partnership after serving on a bilateral Joint Economic Commission of the United States Treasury. There, she was responsible for bilateral project negotiations, management planning, and program strategy in support of US and non-US government agencies. She previously managed bilateral research efforts on the West Bank, has worked in mission reporting at the International Monetary Fund, in financial publishing, and in political development research.
