Greg supports some of the world's largest network operators, governments, and equipment manufacturers in developing and executing market access strategies. Active in policy fora across five continents, he has assembled an internationally recognized team capable of changing all levels of telecommunications regulation.

Before becoming Managing Director of Access Partnership, Greg spent time both in government service and in the commercial arena. There he held responsibilities for leading campaigns to lower trade barriers and to change how spectrum was used internationally. Prior to that, Greg served as a ghost writer of publications covering international affairs and economics.
