
Greg supports some of the world's largest network operators, governments, and equipment manufacturers in developing and executing market access strategies. Active in policy fora in Europe, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East, he has assembled an internationally recognized team capable of changing all levels of telecommunications regulation.
Before becoming Managing Director of Access Partnership, Greg spent time both in government service and in the commercial arena. There he held responsibilities for leading campaigns to change how spectrum was used. Prior to that, Greg served as a ghostwriter of publications covering international affairs and economics. He has a Master of the Arts degree from the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies, and an undergraduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University.
