Access Partnership Co-Writes a Commentary for CSIS on China’s First Data Protection Regime

With GDPR set to take effect next month, and privacy legislation in the US back on the agenda, China’s approach to data governance will play an important role shaping global markets, technology development, and policy. Access Partnership’s China practice lead Xiaomeng Lu co-wrote a paper for the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) on China’s first data protection regime.
