The Commonwealth ICT Round Table will take place on 22-26 October 2018 in London, UK. The event aims to enable participants to develop a better understanding of policy, regulatory and management issues relating to the ICT sector.
Access Partnership’s Director for Emerging ICT Markets, Christopher Casarrubias will lead a discussion addressing the policy requirements for successful deployment of High Altitude Platform Stations (HAPS) on 24 October.
