Joanne Wilson

Ms. Wilson has more than 27 years of professional experience in telecommunications and more than 20 years of experience participating in the work of the ITU, particularly the Radio Communications Sector. She has participated actively in the Inter- American Telecommunications Commission (CITEL). From 1993 to 2007, she represented AT&T, Lucent Technologies, and ArrayCOmm LLC in the ITU-R, in U.S domestic regulatory proceedings.

She holds degrees in electrical engineering from Southern University and A&M College and Stanford University and is a veteran of nine ITU world conferences and assemblies, including the 2012 World Radio Communication Conference. She is currently the Deputy Program Manager in the Office of Spectrum Management Service at ASRC Federal Research and Technology Solution and Principal Advisor to the U.S National Aeronautic and Space Administration (NASA).
