Chris Adams

Director, Infrastructure

Chris works in the Infrastructure team supporting wireless network operators, systems integrators and equipment manufacturers with technical and policy expertise to ensure the swift delivery of their services. He also brings his extensive experience of the wider TMT sector and ecosystems to assist clients in maximising the value of their technologies and service offerings.

Chris has 20 years experience in the TMT sector, starting his career at Nortel Networks as a wireless systems engineer in the Wireless Technology Group. He later moved to Ofcom, leading a wide range of policy projects including 4G auctions, clearance of Ch61/62 and DTT/mobile coexistence, digital switchover, and fixed and mobile broadband QoS for consumers. Most recently, he has been working independently to advise fixed and mobile telecoms market developments and regulation in the UK and EU.

Chris holds an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with Management from the University of Birmingham.
