Christopher joined Access Partnership in 2012, and has since contributed to growth in emerging markets across five continents. During his first years with Access, Christopher maintained a Latin-America focus, developing specialised knowledge of market and policy issues affecting different sectors and building relationships with an extensive network of decision-makers in the region. He currently conducts business in developing and emerging markets across the globe, where he leads advocacy campaigns for new services and products, develops public policy and market access strategies for clients in the technology sector, and provides clients with intelligence on emerging ICT policies and gives advice on how to shape them. His areas of expertise include connectivity policy, data policy and Internet regulation.
Prior to joining Access Partnership, Christopher held senior positions in Mexico’s Ministry of Communications and in the National Competition Commission. He holds a Master of Science in ICT Regulation from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a bachelors degree in Political Science and Government from the Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
