Evelyn is a Manager with the Global Government Advisory team. She brings over seven years of experience to her role, focusing on providing technical and policy guidance in the areas of digital financial services and digital identity.

She specialises in fostering innovation and inclusion within the financial and digital sectors, and actively contributes to projects aimed at advancing digital payments, national digital identities, and regulatory frameworks that support this adoption. Notable projects include developing a framework for cross-border interoperable digital IDs for ASEAN, a landscape scoping study on FinTech for APEC, various issue papers and primers promoting responsible adoption of digital financial services, and toolkits to improve access to finance for a range of stakeholders, ranging from underserved communities such as women and SMEs to smart city officials in ASEAN.

Evelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Political Science from the Singapore Management University, Singapore.
