Héloïse monitors the policy and regulatory landscape in Europe, with a special focus on France and the UK. She advises businesses on the political landscape in the region and the risks and opportunities they create for their operations. She specialises in privacy, digital policy, and Internet governance issues.
Héloïse holds a MA in American History and Politics from University College London and a BA in Political Science and Human Rights from Concordia University in Montreal. Before joining Access Partnership, she worked as a research analyst for the Canadian Centre of Strategic Studies. Héloïse speaks French and English.
