Jonathan is a research manager with experience in media, academia, and government across Europe and Asia. Prior to Access Partnership, he was a senior research analyst at TRPC, where he initiated, drove, and supported a wide range of research reports on emerging technologies, tech policies and regulations, tech market trends, and opportunities in the digital economy.

Before this role, he was a writer and editor at Editor Group, where he developed corporate thought leadership content for technology, finance, and government organisations. He also led the editorial team at DBS Bank, publishing financial intelligence for the Asian Insights Office. His broad industry experience comes from working with consultancies and think tanks, including stints as a contributing researcher at the EIU and as a policy analyst at the OECD.

Jonathan holds master’s degrees in Political Science and International Relations from the Institute of Policy Studies of Paris (Sciences Po Paris) and Toulouse (Sciences Po Toulouse), respectively. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the Université Victor Segalen in Bordeaux. Jonathan speaks, reads, and writes English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese fluently.
